  I agree to the following terms: That any change in the above specifications and/or schedule, or cancellation must be in writing and received in the office of the publisher on or before the close date for which the ad is scheduled to appear, otherwise the ad will be billed at 100%. I have received a rate sheet and have read the terms therein and will abide by them. Payment terms are net___ days (for credit accounts). Advertising orders with rates and conditions differing from approved and accepted contracts, or orders that conflict with the publisher’s policies will not be binding.

Publisher reserves the right to not accept ad content, in whole or part. Ads not accepted due to graphics, copy or content will be void and all applicable monies, less cost involved shall be returned to advertiser within 10 business days.
